Retired art teacher Bruce Kaupanger of Rice Lake, who taught art for 33 years, welcomed Rice Lake High School art students of Kristin Korbel to his Spring Creek Clay Studio on April 30. While there they saw many of Kaupanger's pieces inside his studio and outside were able to watch as he fired pots they had made using the Raku firing process.
