RACINE — The Racine County case against a 30-year-old man who was charged in December after police reportedly found cocaine in his home was dismissed without prejudice Wednesday.

Robert Askew of Racine had faced one count of possessing cocaine with intent in an amount greater than 40 grams; one count of possessing psilocin in amount less than 100 grams; and one count of maintaining a drug trafficking place.
