RACINE — Jessie Roscoe of Racine, who had been accused in connection to two drug cases, was sentenced Monday to four-and-a-half years in prison.
In the first case, which was filed Sept. 1, 2023, Roscoe was charged with three counts of manufacturing or delivering cocaine in an amount between one and five grams; three counts of manufacturing or delivering fentanyl in amount less than 10 grams; six counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place; and three counts of manufacturing or delivering cocaine in an amount less than one gram.
On Nov. 25, 2024, Roscoe pleaded guilty to two counts of manufacturing or delivering cocaine and one count of maintaining a drug trafficking place. The remaining charges were dismissed but read into the court’s record.
The second case, which was filed Sept. 6, 2023, included similar charges that were dismissed but read into the court’s record last November.
Roscoe also was sentenced to six years of extended supervision.
Case context
According to , Roscoe was alleged to have sold cocaine, some of which tested positive for fentanyl, to a confidential informant between March 27 and June 18, 2023.
Roscoe’s car wash and detailing business in the 1200 block of Dekoven Avenue was searched Aug. 30, 2023, and law enforcement personnel reportedly found about 20 grams of cocaine that tested positive for fentanyl, in addition to other pills and products.
