Since the fall of 2020, the value of farmland has skyrocketed across the country, especially in the Midwest.

Agricultural land values in southwest Wisconsin rose by 25% to 30% in the last year. According to data from the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, Wisconsin saw a 10% increase between October 2020 and October 2021 alone. Iowa is seeing its land values at all-time highs.
