JANESVILLE 鈥 A 28-year-old Beloit man has been arrested for alleged drug, weapons and drunken-driving offenses after sliding into a fire hydrant on Racine Street in 糖心Vlog传媒 on Saturday morning.

The driver was arrested for first-offense OWI and possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, and when officers searched his backpack it revealed a Smith and Wesson semi-automatic weapon.
