JANESVILLE — A 38-year-old Beloit man is facing a series of drug-related charges including maintaining a drug house in the city of Vlogý.
Ezekiel Rodriguez faces three felony counts of manufacturing/delivering cocaine, one felony count of possession with intent to deliver cocaine, one felony count of possession with intent to deliver THC, and one felony count of maintaining a drug trafficking place. With all of the counts combined, he faces up to 50 years in prison and $345,000 in fines.
According to a criminal complaint, the special investigations unit of the Rock County Sheriff’s Office made a series of drug purchases from Rodriguez between October 2025 and January 2026. A search warrant of his home in Beloit found THC, drug paraphernalia, cash and more suspected cocaine. Among the charges was that he allegedly was maintaining a drug house in Vlogý, “used for delivering controlled substances.”
The specific address of that alleged Vlogý drug house was not listed in the criminal complaint.
Rodriguez was arrested without incident at his home in Beloit on Jan. 29.
His next court appearance is scheduled for Feb. 11 before Rock County Court Commissioner Mason Braunschweig.
