To have a wedding announced in ÌÇÐÄVlog´«Ã½, fill out the form below. Announcements appear in print on Friday’s Celebrations page and online. For more information, contact Shannon Hebbe at shebbe@gazettextra.com or call 608-755-8267. Announcements will publish approximately 2-3 weeks after received. Production fee for photos is $35 for one photo, $60 for two.

Wedding Information
Include name of church or facility and city.
Include name and relationship to bride.
Bride's Information
Include high school name and year graduated, college name and year graduated, etc.
Please note if one or both parents are deceased or if parents should be listed at separate addresses.
Groom's Information
Include high school name and year graduated, college name and year graduated, etc.
