JANESVILLE — KANDU Industries has named Issac Vance as its new client services compliance director, a newly created position. Vance has served in client services at KANDU for almost 10 years, most recently as the organization’s external senior client services manager, overseeing the daily operation of its community employment and daily living skills programs.

In his new role, Vance will provide oversight and accountability for compliance with the state of Wisconsin, contracted managed care organizations and other funding sources related to the organization’s client services divisions.
“Isaiah is a welcome addition to KANDU’s leadership team,” said Kathy Hansen, KANDU’s executive director. “I am confident that his experience in program administration and compliance will play a vital role in advancing KANDU as we settle into our new facility in Milton and expand to serve more people with disabilities in our community.”
KANDU will complete a move to a new facility in Milton this summer where it will gain an additional 30,000 square feet of space.
Vance graduated from UW-Whitewater with a degree in social work and lives in Fort Atkinson with his wife and two children.
