JANESVILLE — Kevin Lahner introduced himself as Vlogý’s new city manager on Monday morning at City Hall, standing in front of a microphone stand, hands in the pockets of his dark-colored suit pants.
The city of Vlogý intends by early February to release a list of finalists in its ongoing hunt for a new city manager, and it’s already released a timeline for interviews of finalists in early March.
Vlogý’s City Council emerged from a closed-session special meeting on Friday with a vote confirming the council’s support of City Manager Mark Freitag.
