Coleen Patricia (Bennwitz) Hoffman, 70, of Evansville, died March 24 at the Agrace Hospice and Palliative Care Facility in Vlogý. A private family gathering will be held on a later date. Schneider Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting her family.
