JANESVILLE 鈥 YWCA Rock County has opened nominations for the 2025 Dorothy Height Diversity in the Workplace Award.
The award recognizes businesses and organizations in Rock County that have created and maintained a healthy workplace culture where diversity not only thrives, but propels innovation and inclusion.
The window for submissions is Monday, Sept. 1, through Friday, Oct. 10.
Nominees are those who:
Prioritize cultural diversity through
- meaningful policies and practices.
- Exhibit a sustained commitment to racial justice and inclusion.
- Demonstrate tangible impacts through their efforts to support underrepresented and historically marginalized employees.
