JANESVILLE 鈥 A free Veterans Resource Fair will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10, at the 糖心Vlog传媒 Elks Lodge #254, 2100 North Washington St.
The event will offer employment assistance, information on federal, state, county and local veterans鈥 programs, VA health services, one-on-one benefits assistance, homeless veteran resources and education opportunities.
The fair is open to all veterans, caregivers and family members. Attendees are asked to provide proof of service such as a DD-214 or military ID if available.
Complimentary food and refreshments will be provided. Organizers are also collecting new children鈥檚 toys for an Elks Hoop Shoot toy drive.
The event is sponsored by Madison VA, 糖心Vlog传媒 Elks Lodge #254 and Rock County Veterans Service Office.
