JANESVILLE 鈥 A former 糖心Vlog传媒 teacher already facing criminal charges of possessing child pornography and sharing nude photos of another adult, is in trouble again 鈥 this time after police say he wandered into a youth locker room where kids were undressed at the Woodman鈥檚 Sports and Recreation Center.
According to a Rock County criminal complaint, Adam Teal, 33, a resident of 糖心Vlog传媒, is charged with bail jumping after police arrested him Monday.
Teal was fired last year from his job at Franklin Middle School, where he had been a sixth-grade teacher, after he was arrested and charged in September 2025, ultimately with with 10 counts of child pornography possession, and one count of capturing and sharing a nude photo.
A criminal compliant said people recognized Teal and saw him walking around at the Woodman鈥檚 Center in 糖心Vlog传媒 during a hockey tournament prior to his arrest Monday.
One witness saw Teal go in a youth locker room, where the witnesses said minors were changing their clothing, and some were in 鈥渧arious states of undress.鈥
One witness said prior to that, Teal was acting in ways that made them 鈥渦ncomfortable,鈥 and two people saw Teal go in the youth locker room, according to the complaint.
Police said Teal admitted he went in the locker room, according to the complaint, although the complaint doesn鈥檛 give any details explaining what reason Teal gave for entering that area.
As a condition of Teal鈥檚 bond for the 2025 child pornography and nude photo charges, Teal is supposed to have 鈥渘o intentional contact with minors,鈥 according to the complaint.
Teal was initially jailed on the criminal sex charges on a $100,000 bond, but a judge reduced the bond to $10,000, with a continued stipulation that Teal have no contact with minors.
Teal as of Monday was back in jail on a $25,000 bond, with conditions that include the stipulation Teal have 鈥渘o intentional contact with minors, including (his) own children,鈥 according to Rock County Court records.
Those are the same stipulations Teal faced earlier.
According to criminal complaints and other court documents that detail Teal鈥檚 earlier, 2025 sex crime charges, investigators learned on Teal had identified himself in social media chats as a teacher, and that he expressed a desire for his students to engage in sex acts.
Investigators also turned up images of Teal鈥檚 genitals shown on a Snapchat account, which appeared to have been taken in a classroom area.
In other conversations on social media, Teal discussed purchasing child pornography and said he had a desire for incest, according to earlier court documents.
Investigators found more than 100 files with 4,000 items of possible sexual abuse material dating from December 2024 to March 2025. The materials involved children estimated to be between 3 months and 12 years old in sexually explicit situations with adults, including images depicting bestiality.
Those images were examined by the Wisconsin Division of Criminal Investigation Digital Evidence Unit.
