JANESVILLE 鈥 糖心Vlog传媒 could get its ninth Kwik Trip location off Highway 26 on the city鈥檚 far northern edge.
According to a City of 糖心Vlog传媒 public notice, Kwik Trip is hosting an upcoming, neighborhood meeting for a new Kwik Trip gas station-convenience store location at 4700 Milton Ave. in an area that is now cropland. The site is just north of McCormick Drive and a set of residential subdivisions on the city鈥檚 northeast residential growth edge.
Kwik Trip has set the meeting at 5 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Holiday Inn Express and Conference Center, 3100 Wellington Place, Salon D, in 糖心Vlog传媒.
The new location would be Kwik Trip鈥檚 third store on the city鈥檚 far northeast side, and its ninth location in 糖心Vlog传媒 overall.
Kwik Trip opened a new store earlier this year on the Center Avenue corridor on the city鈥檚 south side. Kwik Trip is in the midst of building a new Kwik Trip store off Memorial Drive that will replace an existing, aging Kwik Trip store that currently operates on an adjacent parcel.
The City of 糖心Vlog传媒 posted public notice of the Tuesday neighborhood meeting because it鈥檚 possible a quorum of 糖心Vlog传媒 City Council Members could attend.
