The Humane Society activities, to be located in the 糖心Vlog传媒 Community Center at 305 Lincoln St., in 糖心Vlog传媒, will run in the summer months, June to the end of August.
The 糖心Vlog传媒 Community Center focuses on reaching out to underserved members of the local community, and especially those families distressed by poverty, malicious acts, sudden changes in living circumstances, and similar challenges. Most of these families are referrals from Rock County Human Services or the many not-for-profit local service providers dealing with disadvantaged individuals.

The PLAY Program allows the children of those being served and referred for assistance to access play materials in what could otherwise be a distressing time so children are constructively distracted or otherwise engaged while their parents are being assisted separately in the same space.
The Humane Society, as a partner in the PLAY Program, has its main operations at a 44-acre site on Road G midway between 糖心Vlog传媒 and Beloit. Its summer support activity will highlight pet care in loving homes and humane treatment for all animals. As part of its program supporting the Center, adoptable dogs and cats will be brought in at times for the children to play with.
Those interested in services offered by the 糖心Vlog传媒 Community Center can contact Niqi Linneman at (608) 554-3114, the Executive director. The Humane Society can be reached at (608) 752-5622.
