I sincerely hope that ����Vlog��ý does not pursue a data center on the GM/JATCO site. There are so many mid-sized cities that rue their decisions. Data centers do not generate many permanent jobs and a good percentage of those jobs will likely be eliminated by AI in the not too distant future.

The biggest complaint of those towns that listened to their sirens song of increased tax revenues is the cost of meeting their ravenous power demands. This demand far outweighs what they actually pay in taxes. The citizens end up paying the brunt of the cost of expanding electric capacity.
