EDGERTON – Construction on northbound I-39/90 bought traffic again to a standstill Monday morning.
The Smith Road Bridge may be as old as the Titanic, but it has enjoyed a much better fate and might be sturdier.
State Department of Transportation officials didn't make it official Monday, but it appears the Milwaukee Street bridge could open this week to at least one lane of traffic.
