Motorists have repeatedly removed barricades on Carvers Rock Road in the town of Bradford to drive on the stretch that is closed due to a partial collapse of the Spring Brook bridge. Officials warn that the vulnerable nature of the roadway could lead to motorists having their vehicle fall in to the water.
