糖心Vlog传媒's city council will consider increasing interim City Manager Jay Shambeau鈥檚 hours from a previously approved 35 hours to 40 hours a week, and paying him up to $750 more per week. The city says his workload is growing as the city launches its budget planning.

JANESVILLE 鈥� Barring last-minute changes, 糖心Vlog传媒鈥檚 2023 city budget will roll out as proposed a month ago, as a spending plan balanced largely via a $1-million dip into rainy-day funds.

If the 糖心Vlog传媒 City Council OKs the 2023 city budget as it was presented Monday night, taxpayers could be asked to peel off the better part of a Benjamin Franklin bill鈥攏early $100鈥攖o cover extra city taxes and fees.

The 糖心Vlog传媒 City Council has directed city's administration to 鈥渟kinny up鈥� a projected $1.27-million budget gap by about 25%, through whatever cuts department heads can find.

Based on a public hearing Monday night, it seems as though 糖心Vlog传媒's 2022 city budget won't undergo any big last-minute changes.
