Three 糖心Vlog传媒 Craig boys tennis players are moving to sectional play after impressive performances at the WIAA Big Foot Subsectional on Monday.
Craig鈥檚 No. 1 doubles team of Nolan Sullivan and Alex Currie will compete in sectional play on Wednesday at Big Foot. They will be a No. 2 seed.
The Cougars鈥 Nolan Schooff also qualified at No. 1 singles. Schooff will be seeded No. 4 on Wednesday.
鈥淚 am really proud of the players who qualified for the sectional tournament,鈥 said Craig coach Ryan Masterson. 鈥淭hey have had a great year. I think if they play up to their capabilities on Wednesday our No. 2 doubles team has an excellent chance of making it to the state tournament in Madison.鈥
Milton advances eight
The Red Hawks will be sending eight out of their 10 players to sectionals at Big Foot on Wednesday.
No. 1 singles players Reid Washkoviak and No. 2 singles player Colton Waltz both qualified for sectionals after strong performances Monday.
All three of Milton鈥檚 double teams 鈥 No. 1 Alex Evans and Aleks Kablar, No. 2 Logan Eithun and Colton Conway, and No. 3 Thomas Roddy and Sage Grady 鈥 qualified for sectionals on Wednesday.
