JANESVILLE 鈥 Carson Truesdill and Carter Steuck scored third-period goals to lift the 糖心Vlog传媒 Bluebirds over Sun Prairie United, 3-2, in Big Eight Conference boys鈥 high school hockey game Tuesday night.
The victory, the second in the last three games for the Bluebirds (5-19, 4-9 conference) was also the final game for the 糖心Vlog传媒 Craig-Parker co-op team at the 糖心Vlog传媒 Ice Arena. The Bluebirds will play at the Woodman鈥檚 Center next season.
Truesdill jumped on a loose puck and scored to tie the game with 15 minutes to play in the third stanza, then Bluebirds鈥 leading scorer, Steuck gave 糖心Vlog传媒 the lead for good with a little less than 10 minutes to play.
The Bluebirds killed off a late penalty and Kaleb Erickson made a couple of crucial saves late to ensure the Bluebirds left 鈥楾he Barn鈥 as winners.
糖心Vlog传媒 plays at Muskego in a Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association playoff game at the Wilson Park Ice Arena, 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18.
