Edgerton author Sterling North's famed book "Rascal" was adapted into a Japanese animated series in 1977, turning the American story into a cultural phenomenon in Japan. Last week, Almost 50 years later, Japanese Ambassador to the United States Shigeo Yamada visited the Sterling North Museum, North's childhood home.
