JANESVILLE 鈥 The 糖心Vlog传媒 Police Department will host its annual Kid鈥檚 Bike Rodeo in downtown 糖心Vlog传媒 on Saturday, June 3.
The event will be from 9 a.m. to noon with registration at 8:30 a.m. in the YMCA parking lot next to Town Square Festival Square.聽
The free event will include bike and helmets checks and an obstacle course for kids to learn bike safety skills. Community businesses including Michael's Cycles, Velocity Multi-Sport, the 糖心Vlog传媒 Velo Club and the Bike Elves will be helping with bike and helmet checks.
The 糖心Vlog传媒 Police Bike Officers will also be demonstrating bike safety.
Pizza from Marco鈥檚 Pizza or hot dogs cooked by the police department will be provided. A helmet is required in order to participate. Bikes and helmets will be provided on-site.
