JANESVILLE 鈥 A Milton man who was found passed out in a car last June outside a 糖心Vlog传媒 Walgreens is facing a series of drug-related charges.
Brendan Fillardeau, 24, was charged on March 25 in Rock County Circuit Court with one count of felony possession of narcotic drugs, one count of felony possession of TCH as a second and subsequent office, and one misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to a criminal complaint, 糖心Vlog传媒 police responded to the parking lot of Walgreens, 2519 Kettering Street, about 1:30 p.m. on June 13, 2025, where Fillardeau was found passed out in car with the door open and appeared to be under the influence of drugs.
Fillardeau refused to identify himself when asked to do so by an officer and declined medical attention when that was offered.
He was arrested on an active warrant, and a search of the car found 3 grams of a powdery substance that tested positive for fentanyl. Also found in the car were 20 grams of marijuana in glass containers, two digital scales, grinders and a metal tube 鈥渃ontaining a powdery substance.鈥
Fillardeau was previously convicted in 2019 in Rock County of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, the complaint noted.
